Please click on your preferred available date with your mediator, after coordinating with opposing party/counsel, to send your Appointment Request form directly.

Please note that AM refers to the hours of 9:00AM to 1:00PM and PM refers to the hours of 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Please note start time effective January 17, 2023 to be 9:00AM. If you have already booked your mediation and would like to move your start time to 9:00AM please email Natalie at Please provide date and caption of your case. Thank you!

Effective January 1, 2022, Natalie’s fee for service is $350.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum and shall be split equally among the parties, unless otherwise agreed, and is payable at the conclusion of the mediation session. There is a minimum seven hundred dollar ($700.00) charge for each mediation session or cases which are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice (weekends and holidays excluded).

Upon requesting a date in the calendar provided on this page, your date will be placed on hold. You will receive an email that your request has been received. Upon receipt, I will send an email requesting the Notice and also a separate email with the Zoom link information. Please give me time to respond to the request. Please ensure all Notices reflect the correct time as stated above. If you are a pro se party (not represented by an attorney) or if you are scheduling a mediation where the opposing party is pro se, you will be required to pay in advance a $700.00 scheduling fee prior to your mediation. The non-refundable scheduling fee will be applied to the mediation should the parties elect to appear on the date scheduled.  If however, the parties do not appear, the scheduling fee is forfeited. The scheduling fee can be paid online at I accept all credit cards and/debit cards online. A receipt will be automatically generated through LawPay after payment.
