REQUIRED SCHEDULING FEE
Effective January 1, 2024: The fee for service is $400.00 per hour with a 2-hour minimum for half day mediations and 3-hour minimum for all day mediations. I require a non-refundable scheduling fee in the amount of my 2-hour minimum for half day mediations and 3-hour minimum for full day mediations. To secure the mediation, each party shall pay $400.00 for a half day mediation and $600.00 for full day mediations. Payment shall be divided equally by the parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the mediation, through my online payment links on this website. Payments must be received within ten (10) days of booking the mediation. If payment is not received, your case will be removed from my calendar. All remaining mediation fees are payable at the conclusion of the mediation session. I accept all credit cards, debit cards, and Venmo for payment of the mediation cost. The scheduling fee is a non-refundable fee and will be applied to the total mediation cost if the parties appear on the date scheduled. If, however, the parties do not appear, the scheduling fee is forfeited. As a courtesy, you may reschedule the mediation one time. If the case is rescheduled within the cancellation time period referenced below, the scheduling fee will be applied to the new mediation fee for the rescheduled mediation. If, however, the mediation is not rescheduled in a timely manner, the scheduling fee is forfeited. If the mediation is rescheduled more than one time the scheduling fee is forfeited.
Attorneys: Since I have no contact with your clients or pro se opposing parties until the day of mediation, I rely on counsels to ensure that the parties have sufficient funds with them or there have been monies deposited in your trust account prior to the mediation should the parties fail to pay my fee directly the day of mediation. There is a cancellation fee of eight-hundred-dollars ($800.00) for a half day mediation and a minimum of twelve-hundred-dollars ($1,200) for a full day for any mediations which are cancelled with less than seven (7) days of the mediation (weekends and holidays excluded).
